I'm a qualified and experienced integrative humanistic psychotherapist, supervisor and group worker working in private practice. I take a particular interest in trauma and grief, encompassing feelings related to climate, environmental and geo-political issues in the wider world. I am continually exploring life at the intersection of depth psychotherapy, permaculture and eco-spirituality. I read avidly on these subjects and bring my own concerns around climate, social justice, oppression and environmental degradation to personal therapy, which I continue to attend.

As a late-diagnosed autistic man, I’m realising that my neurodivergence seems to amplify my sensitivities to what’s going on around us. As such, I know how life-giving it is to have space and time to find words for our sensitivities and concerns, and for them to be witnessed and affirmed, whether we are neurodivergent or neurotypical. As a climate- and collapse-aware psychotherapist, I joined CPA so I can make some contribution to how we navigate these challenging times together.
