Heather Bolton
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with over 20 years experience of working with individuals and groups. I have a studio in woodland where I work in addition to speaking on the phone or online . I deeply value spending time in natural spaces and feel that our disconnection as part of nature has contributed to the climate and ecological crisis. I run mindfulness sessions in nature and have trained to hold climate cafes. I am a member of Extinction Rebellion and volunteer several hours weekly to support local and UK wide activities particularly around people and planet care. I feel I am ongoingly finding a way to be with, and respond to the climate crisis in my own life and would welcome the opportunity to support others .
I have also completed the Climate Aware Practitioner training held by Psychology For A Safe Climate.
